Main features of flexo printing machine:
1.Paper feeding unit: divided into mechanical paper feeding and servo motor paper feeding, both of which have higher alignment accuracy than ordinary leading edge paper feeding, and can ensure smooth and consistent paper feeding for uninterrupted production.
2.Printing unit: Our flexo printing machine is equipped with a water-based ink system, which can provide vivid and lasting printing effects and enhance the visual appeal of the packaging. Metal anilox rollers or ceramic anilox rollers can be selected according to the printed pattern.
3.Slotting unit: The knife disc can be adjusted manually or automatically, and automatic adjustment saves more time.
4.Die-cutting unit: Each different carton corresponds to a die-cutting plate. The die-cutting unit is mainly used to produce special-shaped cartons or boxes, such as fruit boxes, pizza boxes, etc.
