The feeding methods of corrugated box printing machine are generally divided into chain feeding and leading edge feeding. Chain feeding adopts gear transmission and manual feeding of paper one by one, suitable for customers who build new factories with low investment. Frontier paper feeding is currently a relatively advanced technology, and most printing machines on the market use this paper feeding method, which has good super extension function and precise paper feeding function. Its main advantage is that it can greatly reduce the pressure of the paper roller on the cardboard, thereby protecting the original compressive strength of the cardboard. The paper feeding speed is also much faster than chain feeding.
The printing unit is the core of corrugated box printing machine. The main function of the printing department is to uniformly ink the printing plate pattern and then transfer it evenly onto the cardboard to achieve the purpose of coloring at the designated position. The common configuration is a metal mesh roller with a glue roller, which can meet the conventional pattern printing requirements. If clearer patterns need to be printed, a ceramic mesh roller and scraper configuration can be selected.
The corrugated box printing machine often connects the slotting unit and the die-cutting unit .The slotting unit is to use upper and lower slotting knives to cut and press the cardboard according to the required size and specifications. Ordinary corrugated cardboard boxes and some boxes with lower requirements can be met with slotting alone. The die-cutting unit is aimed at irregular and colored boxes, using a fixed template knife to cut the cardboard into a certain shape. Ordinary opposite sex corrugated cardboard boxes and colored cardboard boxes usually have irregular shapes after unfolding, and are directly formed in one go through a die cutting die. The cut is neater than the groove, and the blade is more beautiful than the groove without burrs.
